I don't normally write reviews, but my experience with Kevin Drew was so irregularly positive that I thought he/they deserve a little extra recognition. I had a faulty premium cover on my hot tub. So bad that we unable to use our tub. After a small confusion of warranty coverage, Premium Spas & Billiards and Jacuzzi stepped up to make things right. This is where it gets good! Kevin spent more than five hours of his personal time to lend me a cover while a new cover is being produced. Wow, That's Customer Service at its best. I purchase my 8' Monroe presidential pool table for my new home build and Kevin helped me select the perfect fit and product for my new home ideas and threw in a cool upgrade and some pool sticks for the kids.
